Sales Development Representative
Are you a tech-savvy “people person” with great organizational skills? We’re looking for the brightest sales superstars – passionate individuals who know all the latest trends in beauty, fashion, sporting goods, and e-commerce to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative you will focus on helping grow the agency through outbound lead generation.
We expect our Sales Development Representatives to reach out to potential clients both in writing and on the phone, so you should be extremely confident in your ability to communicate with C-Suite executives. In this role you will definitely hear “no” often – confidence, resilience, and grit are the keys to success.
What we are looking for in this role
- 1-2+ years of sales or lead generation experience
- Familiar with Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
- You love Sales Navigator and are an expert on LinkedIn
- Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to book meetings
- Excited to be part of a fast-growing company and grow your career
- You are a team player who enjoys a collaborative sales environment
- Goal oriented, winning or losing, you’re never giving up
