Dominick and his team at Thrive have provided excellent website services for the Olympic Peninsula YMCA for many years now. Not only do they provide great customer service, but they are quick to resolve a problem and are willing to train staff how to use their products to the fullest. If you're looking for a place to assist you with digital needs, Thrive is the place. Their team is dedicated, hardworking and creative. I manage a website for an organization with 10 local centers, and they are always on top of it with keeping things organizations and projects moving at a good speed.

There are a few helpful staff that especially come to mind.

Dominick is always responsive and kind. He explains an issue thoroughly and keeps you in the loop from beginning to end. Very quick and willing to help.

Andy - great to work with on projects (especially major website ones). Truly is a team player and really values input from the clients. Innovative ideas and also quick to help.

Jeff - very helpful and patient teacher. Willing to help others learn, especially in the ever-changing field of digital advertising. Gives practical advice and is great at explaining concepts.

I work with their Tech Help department on a regular basis to address small glitches I experience with our website. Dominick is always on top of it! He anticipates my needs, providing screenshots, links, or videos to guide me on the changes/updates/processes I may need to do on my side to fix whatever issue I'm having. From direct things that they handle (updates on our website) to indirect help (apparently my cookies were causing a glitch that only I was experiencing), their tech support is amazing, quick, professional, and thorough.

I cannot share enough how impressed I am with Thrive Marketing, and specifically the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. While we had some staff transitions, he was our go-to support staff and was able to help us navigate any changes or issues we needed to resolve. He creates helpful how-to videos that walk us through step-by-step instead of just sending us articles to read like other businesses. The Rome YMCA has been on Thrive's platform for almost one year and I can't say enough good things about the platform and the Thrive team. From implementation, through training and now with support they have been a joy to work with. I had zero experience managing a website when we switch to Thrive and they have made the learning process easy and they always cheerfully answer questions and help me learn how to use the power of the site to accomplish whatever we are wanting to do with our site. Dominick Thumel typically picks up my support tickets when I request help . He is patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Just today he created a short video to show me how to accomplish a task in Events that I was struggling with. Five stars to Dominick and the whole Thrive team.
