Feb 21, 2020Beware. But they lack basic business skills. I asked to talk to a current client and they said it shouldn't be a problem and that they just did it for another prospect the week before. However, when I followed up about it a few days later they said they had a new policy against it. When I simply asked for clarrification as to what I was told they didn't apologize and backtracked on what they had said and told me to essentially get lost. When I reached out directly to Sean the President of PreApps about the issue he didn't even take the time to respond. Other leadership of other larger ASO and app growth companies are more involved and have much better customer skills. I'd be very cautious before committing to what I've seen is twice as much as anyone else in the space.
