Online Optimism

We invited Online Optimism to speak in front of 70 attendees at our marketing conference in New Orleans. Taylor and Flynn customized their presentation for our specific organization, and provided helpful tips and collateral for everyone to bring home. They happily answered questions from the audience, and made the day better with their lessons on how our audience could optimize their social media presence. Loved working with their team!

Over the past several years I have had the pleasure of working with Online Optimism. They are a member of StayLocal, the independent business alliance I managed, and one of the most innovative companies in the Greater New Orleans area. Online Optimism is open with their expertise (they have free resources on their website) and always willing to share their knowledge. Flynn Zaiger, the CEO of Online Optimism, spoke at StayLocal’s Social Media Summer Camp series in 2016. He taught two sessions, one for beginners and another for advanced users on Facebook for business. StayLocal had a packed house with over 50 business owners each day and the sessions had rave reviews.

I have seen several of Flynn and his team’s presentations and each is well designed, easy to follow, and informative. Online Optimism’s presentations are in line with their dedication to openness and education. They provide attendees with tangible steps and tools that attendees can use on their own.

Another remarkable aspect of the Online Optimism team is their range of knowledge. I have seen them present on social media marketing, Millennials in the workplace, and starting a podcast- to name a few. I highly recommend Flynn and his team both as speakers and marketing experts!

I worked with Online Optimism to get the news out about a new group of artists working with Miette. Their PR campaign was a real success, getting our names on TV, radio shows, blogs, social media, and more.

They really took the time to get to know the new market I was creating to help further promote it in ways I did not think of. There were very involved throughout the whole campaign with us and even gave me the nudges I needed when I was too busy and falling behind. I cant thank them enough for understanding my insanely busy work schedule and helping me to stay on top of things with them. Flynn and Maggie were so great to work with, I cant wait to work with them again soon. The entire staff they have is amazing actually. Flynn does a superb job of hand picking the perfect people to compliment his companies work. As a small business owner it was a giant investment to do my first PR campaign but one of the best investments I could have made and I'm more than confident that I made the right choice in working with them.
