About Us
Founded in 2000, Meetings Northwest, LLC has been helping clients strengthen their organization via administrative consultation and support as well as through strategically planned meetings and events for over a decade. Based in Missoula, Montana, Meetings Northwest works closely with clients throughout the United States to meet their exacting specifications on any conference, meeting or project.

Today, we are stronger than ever with a diverse and talented team ready to assist business and organizations grow in this tepid economy. Our flexibility and innovative approach to event planning has taken many events from ordinary to extraordinary. Coupled with our administrative consulting and support services, we offer many organizations a cost effective answer to not only maintaining, but also growing their member base.

Conference Planning Services
At Meetings Northwest, we have three primary goals with every event that we plan:
• The event must be valuable and exciting to the attendees;
• We must stay within (or under) our budget; and
• Everything must run SMOOTH!

With over 30 years of cumulative experience, Meetings Northwest, LLC has the capability to handle all aspects of conference planning from graphics preparation and online registration to catering. Our experienced staff can easily take you through changes in registration, speakers, food, travel plans or events.

Administrative Services
Our administrative services team has over 40 years of cumulative experience in business management, event planning, graphics/media design and financial services.

Organizational/Non-Profit Assistance
Sometimes an organization needs a little assistance. Maybe it is as simple as a quarterly newsletter or as complex as budget management. We can provide not only a virtual office front for you via the web, but a physical office presence as well; a place where your members or clients can phone if they have questions or need assistance.
