I've been working with HOTS for a few months, and I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and the team. They've been very professional in executing what we onboarded them to do for me and the team at Still Austin. And when we've had project needs outside of the scope of our original agreement, they've been very prompt and reactive. Five stars!

We couldn't be happier with the level of service that the entire HOTS team provides our company. HOTS allows us to focus on every other aspect of our business while they provide regular progress reports on our marketing efforts towards our goals. At first, we were worried about working with them because we are in different states but they provide exceptional communication and it really feels like they are a part of our company as opposed to an external service provider. Take it from us, leave the marketing to these marketing experts!

HOTS is as professional, knowledgeable, and as SKILLED as they come. One of the elements that separates HOTS from general marketing firms is their ability to deliver on-time and true to quoted statement of work. Any entrepreneur can set their watch by it. Personally, I am also appreciative that their crew will participate with and indulge an overly creative entrepreneur during various energy filled brainstorming session. These are good people to use as sounding boards and to collaborate with.
