Incredible venue. At the actual center of Austin, with UT, the Capitol, and downtown, surrounding where we are, this is likely to become Austin's epicenter of culture and innovation. Great coffee bar and lounge / co-working space downstairs and WeWork upstairs.

Parking is a huge pain, but that's what being in Austin means these days. Hopefully the busses (and a rail) will meaningfully fix that.

Also would be nice to see a collaborative of Austin's startup programs here.
