Senior Account Executive
Based in Atlanta, GA and with team members distributed across several states, Yalo is a creative agency that helps businesses grow by creating brand experiences with soul. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive. This position is responsible for the management of activities across a range of client services from strategic development, project coordination, media stewardship and creative execution. The Senior Account Executive works to ensure that deliverables provided are on strategy and meet the Yalo's standards and client expectations.
Client Account Responsibilities
Assumes day-to-day ownership of individual projects and workflow in addition to building a relationship with Yalo’s clients
Owns assigned projects and engagements from start to finish
Ensures a workflow is built out within Yalo’s Project Management System and proactively tasks are assigned to various team members to fulfill the deliverables in a timely manner
Help with resource planning and forecasting
Collaborates closely with all team members across each discipline to determine a plan for each project
Manages scope of work (including budget forecasting and burn reports)
Develops and manages project timelines and determines how to deliver against each client agreement
Understands deliverables and services and takes accountability for the quality and out of the work
Proactively identifies and solves all problem solves with internal team members and clients
Maintains a healthy working relationship with all parties this individual will be working with
Accepts and prioritizes delegated assignments from senior staff
Responsible for scheduling and leading all external and internal calls for the accounts in which this Sr. AE is managing
Sets the agenda, prepares the team, takes meeting notes, sends out a recap following each call
Owns and maintains client facing status documents to show the progress on all deliverables
Builds first-draft presentations for assigned projects (when applicable)
Demonstrates a high degree of client engagement and interaction around current projects and future marketing initiatives
Develops long-term marketing roadmaps as appropriate
Actively seeks opportunities for organic account growth and shares client’s business updates with the Vice President
Is a good steward of the client’s budget and the internal team’s time to spend towards each scope of work
May be asked to help support efforts around editing or drafting new proposals and/or contracts on an as-needed-basis

Responsible for keeping everyone on the team informed of project milestones, delays and client feedback/input that impacts project scope.
Cross check and proof all deliverables and documentation before sharing with the client to ensure the artwork and information meets the client and Yalo’s expectations in terms of the requirements and quality.
Timesheets & Expense Reports
Submit timesheets and expense reports on time and accurately
Responsible for pulling & maintaining client burn reports, as needed by client
Ensure projects are tracking to, or under, estimated time/budget; alert Vice President when project exceeds budget.
Responsible for receiving and approving vendor invoices as they relate to owned projects
Maintain updated internal invoicing schedule for owned projects
Ensure Vice President is informed of all form updates
